# Directions:

03 - Place the grape skewers in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray. Transfer tray to freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, until grapes are fully frozen.
04 - While grapes freeze, combine granulated sugar, lime zest, and optional sea salt in a small bowl. Use fingers to thoroughly rub zest into the sugar until mixture is fragrant and uniform.
