# Directions:

01 - Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess liquid.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine skyr, cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
03 - Mix thoroughly until creamy and well combined.
04 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld, if possible.
05 - Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
