# Directions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and homogenous.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board. Evenly spread approximately one-fourth of the cheese mixture over entire surface.
03 - Arrange about 1.75 ounces of sliced turkey breast in a single layer atop the cheese spread.
04 - Scatter roughly 0.5 ounces of baby spinach leaves uniformly over the turkey slices.
05 - Starting from one side, tightly roll the tortilla into a log, ensuring the filling remains compact.
06 - Assemble remaining pinwheels by repeating spreading, layering, and rolling process with the other tortillas and fillings.
07 - Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm filling for easier slicing.
08 - Remove plastic wrap. Trim off ends. Slice each roll into six even pinwheels using a chef's knife.
09 - Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You get creamy, savory flavor in every bite with basically no cooking.
  • They always look impressive and vanish quickly at parties, which makes you feel like a kitchen hero.
02 -
  • Skipping the chilling step makes slicing messy—don’t rush it or the pinwheels will squish.
  • Swapping in hummus or roasted peppers honestly took these from simple to wow for my veggie-loving friends.
03 -
  • If your cheese spread feels too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen it just enough to spread.
  • Pinwheels sliced with dental floss (unflavored) come out especially clean if you want perfect, party-worthy rounds.
